What is included in the price of my cruise?

Cruising is the best vacation value! There are cruise vacations to suit every budget and taste. In general, the cruise price includes your choice of accommodations, as well as onboard activities and entertainment, most meals, plus transportation from port to port. You’ll know what your vacation will cost before you go. Your only extra expenses will be drinks, specialty restaurants, optional shore excursions, spa services, and any other optional incidentals you may choose to purchase while onboard or ashore.

Do I need a passport?

Travelwise International highly recommends that all cruise passengers travel with a passport. While the U.S. Government may not require a passport for sea travel on certain cruises originating in the U.S. or for travel only within the Western Hemisphere, other specified documentation is required. For specific U.S. governmental Passport and Visa regulations visit http://www.travel.state.gov.

When should I make a deposit?

Availability and pricing depends on the current occupancy levels at the time of booking. Many triple and occupancy staterooms are reserved months in advance and availability will be limited as the departure date approaches. Travelwise International recommends that you make a deposit as soon as you are ready to ensure you have the best possible selection.

Speak to you travel advisor about your preferences and needs, and they will be able to recommend stateroom categories to ensure the best possible experience.

Is my deposit refundable?

The minimum deposit for this cruise is non-refundable, however there are refundable fares available for a higher price. All cancellations will be assessed a $50 per person processing fee in addition to any other cruise penalties or fees.

How much are gratuities?

A $14.50 per guest, per day gratuity will be automatically added to each guests SeaPass account on a daily basis to be shared among dining, bar & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants and other hotel services teams who work behind the scenes to enhance your cruise experience. Suite guests will see a $17.50 daily gratuity. Guests who prepaid their gratuities prior to boarding their cruise will not see a daily charge onboard. An 18% gratuity is also added automatically added to beverage, mini bar, spa, and salon purchases.
